Lukewarm salad of turkey medallions in tomato-tarragon sauce


A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, (spray) tomatoes, garlic, smoked bacon (cold meats), (olive) oil, turkey medallions, dried tarragon, balsamic vinegar, coconut cream, salt, pepper, young leaf lettuce (100 g) and black olives without pit.

Directions

  1. Tart into tomatoes and immerse in boiling water for a few seconds. Grate tomatoes, remove from seeds and cut into pieces. Garlic peel and chop. Cut breakfast bacon into thin strips.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan. Bake in crispy baking for about 3 minutes and remove from pan. Bake turkey medallions in baking fat in 2 to 3 minutes. Add garlic, tomatoes and tarragon to turkey and shake well. Turn the fire slightly lower and let the mixture simmer for about 1 minute. Add balsamic vinegar and stir well. Create a cream of the cream. Fry the sauce for about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Turn over four plates and put turkey medallions on them. Season the tomato-doner sauce and garnish salad with bacon and olives. Tasty with mini-ciabattas.
