Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ºC.
  2. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package and pour.
  3. Meanwhile, melt 40 g of butter in a saucepan.
  4. Add the flour. Allow to cook until the flower starts to color lightly on low heat (roux). This takes 5 min.
  5. Add the milk while stirring, bring to the boil, add the bay leaf and the cayenne pepper and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir frequently.
  6. Roast the slices of bread. Then crumble them and set aside.
  7. Remove the sauce from the heat. Put the pasta and cheese through. Put in the bowl and sprinkle with the bread crumbs.
  8. Bake golden brown in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.
  9. Heat the remaining butter in a frying pan, fry the garlic for 1 min. And cook the leeks on low heat 15 min.
  10. Take the dish out of the oven. Serve with the leek.
