Macaroni chops with cheese, ham and leek

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Cook the macaroni al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  3. In the meantime cut the leeks into thin rings and the ham into strips.
  4. Ris the leaves of the sprigs of thyme and grate the cheese.
  5. Heat half of the butter in a skillet and fry the leeks and thyme for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  6. Turn down the heat and add the ham, crème fraiche and half of the cheese. Season with pepper.
  7. Drain the macaroni and mix with the pre-mix. Scoop in the baking dishes and spread the rest of the cheese over it.
  8. Fry the macaroni cuttings in the oven in about 15 minutes until golden brown.
