Macaroni dish with raw ham
Pasta dish with zucchini, artichoke, crème fraîche, raw ham and cheese.

Cut the zucchini into pieces, the artichokes into wedges, the raw ham into strips and finely chop the garlic.

Cook the macaroni al dente in 10-12 min. Heat oil in a pan a stir fry the zucchini in 3 min. Fry the garlic briefly.

Add the artichoke and crème fraîche and heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the raw ham. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta and pour the vegetables through. Transfer to a greased oven dish and sprinkle the cheese over it.

Slide the dish under the hot grill and let the cheese melt in 6-8 min. And brown.
