Macaroni with Italian vegetable sauce
Pasta with tomato cubes, cheese and Italian vegetables.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Cook the macaroni al dente according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, stir the oil in a stirring stir fry the onion until golden brown. Add the garlic and stir-fry mix and stir-fry 5 minutes.

Add the thyme and the tomato cubes with moisture and heat while stirring until the sauce boils. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the macaroni and the cheese to the vegetable sauce. Serve immediately.
