Macaroni with creamy artichokes
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: macaroni, artichoke hearts (a 285 g), red onions, olive oil, pine nuts (65 g), cream culinary (pack of a 200 ml) and fresh parsley (30 g).

Cook the macaroni according to the instructions.

Let artichoke hearts drain.

Peel and chop onions.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry onions for about 3 minutes.

Meanwhile roast pine nuts in a dry frying pan.

Add artichoke hearts and cream to onion and gently heat.

Cut and add parsley finely.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Mix the macaroni and sauce well.

Divide over four boards.

Sprinkle with pine nuts.
