Marinated bacon steaks with beets
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes (approx 150 g), onion, apple (eg Elstar), fresh chives (25 g), bacon patties (a la minute, marinated (about 370 g)), grated beetroot (400 g) and crème fraîche (125 ml).

Clean potatoes, pierce and let them cook in a microwave at 700 watts in approx.

Potatoes covered in kitchen towel for about 10 minutes.

Peel and chop onions.

Peel the apple, remove the cores and cut them into cubes.

Cut chives finely.

Bacon steaks in frying pan without butter in about 4 minutes on both sides brown boxes.

Remove bacon steaks from pan and keep warm.

Bake approx.

In fat from bacon and apple slices.

Heat gently in pan beetroot with 2 tbsp water.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Remove crème fraîche with the largest part of chives and salt.

Divide potatoes into four plates.

Slightly cut open.

Crème fraîche on top and garnish with the rest of finely chopped chives.

Mixing beetroot with onion and apple and serving in addition to potato.

Place bacon steaks on beetroot..
