Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry around and uncovered the pork tenderloin in 15 min. Brown and done.

Remove the meat from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes.

In the meantime, pour the white wine into the shortening and stir in the baking.

Cut the pork tenderloin into slices and spread over the plates. Serve the gravy.
