Skewers with roasted vegetables


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, traditional olive oil, garlic and barbecue sauce.

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue.
  2. Cut the peppers into coarse pieces and the courgettes into slices.
  3. Squeeze the garlic over the olive oil. Season the garlic oil with salt and pepper. Rub the vegetables with the oil.
  4. Roast the bell pepper and zucchini in approx. 20 min. On the barbecue. Roast the skewers in approx. 8 minutes brown and done.
  5. Divide the vegetables and skewers over plates and serve with the barbecue sauce and chips.
