Mashed potatoes with dutch farmer's cheese
A tasty Dutch recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: garlic (chopped), dried nutmeg and Fresh flat parsley (chopped).

Peel the potatoes, cut into equal pieces and boil in water with salt in 20 min. Until done. Drain, put back in the pan and let it evaporate for 3 minutes.

Mash the potatoes with the puree tamper. In the meantime, heat the milk in a saucepan.

Stir in the milk and garlic with a wooden spoon or whisk through the potatoes. Add the butter and cheese and keep stirring until the cheese has melted. Season with the nutmeg, pepper and salt.

Mix in the parsley and serve immediately.
