Meat skewer with pesto bean salad


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green beans, pesto alla genovese (packaging 2 x 90 g), olive oil, onion (finely chopped), potatoes (slightly crumbly (bag 3 kg), cleaned), pork tenderloin, bratwurst ((4 pieces) , in slices of 2 cm) and zucchini (in cubes of 2 cm).

Directions

  1. Remove the stalk of the green beans and boil the green beans in little water with a little salt in 6 minutes until al dente. Pour the green beans and rinse them cold under running water. Mix the pesto with 1 tbsp oil. Scoop with the onion through the green beans. Season the salad with pepper.
  2. Prick the potatoes with a fork all around and puff them for 8 minutes at full power in the microwave. Take them out and leave them wrapped in a clean kitchen towel for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin, bratwurst and zucchini on the barbecue skewers. Heat the rest of the oil in 2 frying pans and fry the skewers in 10-12 min. Around golden brown and done.
