Meatballs in tomato sauce with fried potatoes
Baked potatoes with meatballs, herbs and vegetable sauce with tomato and carrot.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes with salt in 16 min. On medium heat until golden brown and done. Change regularly.

In the meantime, remove the stalk of the peppers, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into thin rings. Cut the onion into thin rings.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the pepper and onion for 5 minutes on a high heat. Take out of the pan.
