Meatballs with satay sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fast-cooking rice, rusk, half-to-half-minced (about 500 g), egg (M), sambal oelek, butter or margarine, ready-to-eat green beans (500 g) and saté sauce (400 g).

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. Crumble the biscuit.
  3. Mix the minced beef with rusk, egg, sambal and salt to taste.
  4. Turning meatballs the size of golf ball.
  5. Heat in butter.
  6. Bake in about 15 minutes until tender and brown.
  7. Boil the beans in little water for about 5 minutes.
  8. Season with salt.
  9. Heat the saté sauce in a saucepan in about 2 minutes, do not boil.
  10. Serving meatballs with rice, green beans and satay sauce..
