Mediterranean bread roll
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sprigs of rosemary.

Prepare the bread dough according to the instructions on the package.

Place the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and roll it out to a thickness of 3-4 mm. Press the seams well.

Brush the dough with the herb butter or garlic oil.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the pine nuts in 3 min. Golden brown. Chop the olives coarsely and cut the tomatoes into strips.

Finely chop the rosemary. Spread the olives and tomato over the dough and sprinkle with the pine nuts and rosemary.

Roll the dough in the width and lay it down with the seam on the baking sheet.

Spread the bread roll with the herb butter or garlic oil and sprinkle the sea salt over it.

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Bake the bread in the middle of the oven in 20-25 minutes until golden brown and done.
