Mediterranean fish packages
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, filo puff pastry (frozen), seaweed fillet, sundried tomato tapenade (100 g), salt and freshly ground pepper, fresh basil (a 15 g), zucchini, red pepper, garlic, butter, olive oil and white wine vinegar.

let the filo pastry thaw in approx. 30 minutes. Fish generously with tapenade. Cut fish into 6 equal pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place 1 large or 2 small leaves of basil on each piece of fish. Wash and clean the zucchini and pepper, and cut into tiny pieces. Garlic peel and chop. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. (In microwave) melt butter. carefully unfold the filoblade dough. Spread the filo pastry thinly on both sides with melted butter. Turn the sheet over and cover the other side with butter. Place a piece of fish in the middle of the sheet and fold the filo pastry around fish into a package. So make 5 more fish packages.

Place fish packages next to each other on greased baking sheet and fry fish in the center of oven for approx. 15 minutes and bake until golden brown. In the meantime, stir fry paprika, zucchini and garlic with oil and vinegar over low heat for about 10 minutes. Season the vegetable mixture with salt and pepper. Place fish packages in the middle of six plates, create vegetable cubes next to them.
