Mediterranean fish pan
Quick Mediterranean fish pan with stir-fry vegetables, tomato cubes, seaweed fillet and fresh parsley. Delicious summer recipe.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and the water. Season with salt and pepper and bring it to a low heat on medium heat.

Divide the seaweed fillet into coarse pieces. Sprinkle pepper and salt. Put the fish in the sauce and roast it with the lid at an angle on the pan in 6-8 minutes until tender. Cut the parsley.

Spoon the dish into bowls and sprinkle with the parsley. Delicious with firm lumps of corn bread.
