Mediterranean salad with sardines
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, sardines in oil (à 120 g), yellow peppers, vine tomatoes, lettuce salad (100 g), green olives with garlic (pot of 250 g), olive oil, herb vinegar (bottle of 500 ml) and salt and pepper.

Drain the sardines and remove the graces and tails.

Divide the sardines into pieces.

Pepper, clean and cut into strips.

Clean vine tomatoes and cut into wedges.

Spread out four plates.

Distribute sardines, peppers, tomatoes and olives.

Dressing stirring of oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Divide dressing over salad.

Tasty with baguette or ciabatta..
