Mediterranean spaghetti
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, spaghetti, broccoli, onion, anchovy fillets (a 48 g), olive oil, coal fish fillets (frozen, 400 g), pasta sauce (Mediterranean vegetables and 320 g).

Cook spaghetti according to instructions.

Clean broccoli and distribute in florets.

Cut the stalk into pieces.

Peel and chop onions.

Anchovies drain.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Onions and anchovies 2 min.

Soft fruit and stir until anchovies fall apart.

Broccoli in little water with salt in 6 minutes to cook al dente.

Place sauerkraut in onion-anchovy mixture in pan and cover in about 7 minutes until it is almost done.

Add sauce and warm it up.
