A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: ice cream (vanilla), whipped cream, sugar, pomegranates and natural meringues (coarsely crumbled).

Remove the ice cream from the freezer half an hour before cooking.

Beat the cream with the sugar until stiff.

Halve the pomegranates and cut the halves into quarters.

Spoon the seeds between the membranes above a bowl with a teaspoon.

Keep separate a tablespoon of seeds.

Scoop the ice cream, the whipped cream, the pomegranate seeds and the little pieces of air lightly.

Serve directly in nice tall glasses, sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds kept apart..
