Mexican rice dish


A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, paprikas, spring onions, kidney beans (400 g), pork chops, Mexican herbs, yellow rice (325 g), oil and sour cream (125 ml).

Directions

  1. Clean peppers and cut into cubes.
  2. Brush the onions and cut them into rings.
  3. Pouring kidney beans.
  4. Pour chops with Mexican herbs.
  5. Boil rice for about 8 minutes.
  6. Heat oil in frying pan.
  7. Finish chunks and brown until they are golden brown and cooked for approx.
  8. 5 minutes.
  9. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  10. Pepper cubes in the remaining shortening for approx.
  11. 2 minutes.
  12. Prepare kidney beans and sour cream and continue heating for approx.
  13. 2 minutes.
  14. Drain the rice and create the spring onions.
  15. Spread rice and bean mixture over four plates.
  16. Place chops on it.
  17. Tasty with tortilla chips..
