Stir-fry of asparagus broccoli, noodles and steak
Mihoen with steak strips, asparagus broccoli, ginger, Chinese wok vegetables and hoisin sauce.

Break the noodles into pieces and prepare according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain, allow to cool under cold running water and drain.

Meanwhile, sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the steaks for 6 min. On medium heat.

Turn halfway. Remove from the pan and leave to rest on a plate under aluminum foil.

Peel and grate the ginger and halve the asparagus broccoli in the length.

Heat the rest of the oil in a stirring stir fry the ginger, asparagus broccoli and wok vegetable for 4 minutes on a high heat.

Add the noodles and hoisin sauce and stir-fry for another 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cut the steak into thin strips and spread over the noodles. Drizzle with sesame oil.
