Mild cauliflower curry with naan bread
Curry of cauliflower with tofu, fresh parsley and naan bread.

Clean the cauliflower and divide into florets. Cut the tofu into cubes and season with curry powder, pepper and salt.

Heat the oil in the frying pan. Fry the tofu cubes for about 5 minutes. Add the cauliflower florets, sauce and the water and simmer for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the bread according to the instructions on the package. Cut the parsley. Spoon the Indian curry dish into bowls and garnish with parsley. Serve with bread.
