A tasty Dutch recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breast, egg, herb mix chicken, olive oil, flat parsley ((a 20 g) and leaves finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken into pieces. Grind the egg, the spice mix and 2 tbsp oil into the food processor. Add the parsley. Make 12 balls with moist hands. Press a little flat to become citizens. Place them on a plate, covered with cling film, for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Then they become more solid.
  2. Brush the burgers with 2 tbsp oil and roast them in 8 min. Until done. Turn halfway.
