A tasty Dutch recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breast, egg, herb mix chicken, olive oil, flat parsley ((a 20 g) and leaves finely chopped).

Cut the chicken into pieces. Grind the egg, the spice mix and 2 tbsp oil into the food processor. Add the parsley. Make 12 balls with moist hands. Press a little flat to become citizens. Place them on a plate, covered with cling film, for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Then they become more solid.

Brush the burgers with 2 tbsp oil and roast them in 8 min. Until done. Turn halfway.
