Cut the pepper into thin strips.

Fry the shawarma in a gourmet pan in about 5 minutes brown and done. Times regularly.

Meanwhile, bake the mini wraps on the grill plate of the gourmet set in 2 minutes. Turn halfway. Repeat with the rest of the wraps.

Divide the wraps over the plates. Place them in the middle with a few leaves of iceberg lettuce and some strips of pepper. Divide the shawarma and garlic sauce over it.

Fold the bottom of the wrap upwards and then the sides inwards. Secure with a cocktail stick and serve.
