Mixed fried fish with garlic dressing
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, garlic, parsley, olive oil (extra virgin), lemon juice, salt, pepper, cod fillet, redfish fillet, marinated sardine fillet (à 100 g), paprika powder mild, cayenne pepper, flour and (olive) oil to fry.

Garlic peel and finely chop.

Parsley finely chop.

In a bowl mix oil, lemon juice, garlic and parsley.

Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.

Cut cod and redfish fillets into coarse pieces.

Dice pieces of fish and sardines with kitchen paper.

In a shallow dish, mix paprika and cayenne pepper with flour.

Pick up pieces of fish and sardines through flour mixture, so that all sides are covered with flour.

Heat in generous wok oil until light steam comes off.

Stir in pieces in 2 portions in approx.

3 minutes until golden brown.

Remove fish from the pan with skimmer and drain on kitchen paper.

Sardines in 2 portions cooked in about 2 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.

Fish and sardines to scale and serve with garlic dressing.

Serve with the Campagne (bread) and mixed salad..
