Peel the garlic.

Halve the jalapeño in the length and remove the seeds with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper into pieces and put in the container of the hand blender.

Add the peeled garlic, coriander, parsley, ground cumin, almonds, olive oil, apple cider vinegar and the salt and grind to a smooth sauce.
