A nice Moroccan recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, couscous, minced beef, shallot (finely chopped), garlic (finely chopped), fresh mint (in strips), cinnamon, cayenne pepper and garlic sauce.

Directions

  1. Couscous for 5 minutes in 50 ml of boiling water.
  2. Combine chopped couscous, shallot, garlic, fresh mint and cinnamon in bowl.
  3. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
  4. Form from chopped 20-24 balls.
  5. At the table, stick meatball to fondue fork and bake in hot oil in 4 min.
  6. Brown and cooked.
  7. Garlic sauce to serve..
