Moroccan balls with garlic sauce
A nice Moroccan recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, couscous, minced beef, shallot (finely chopped), garlic (finely chopped), fresh mint (in strips), cinnamon, cayenne pepper and garlic sauce.

Couscous for 5 minutes in 50 ml of boiling water.

Combine chopped couscous, shallot, garlic, fresh mint and cinnamon in bowl.

Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.

Form from chopped 20-24 balls.

At the table, stick meatball to fondue fork and bake in hot oil in 4 min.

Brown and cooked.
