Mortadella sandwich with dairy spread, cabbage lettuce and tomato


Sandwich with onion, tomato, lettuce, pesto spread, dairy spread and Mortadella.

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into wafer-thin rings. Put in a bowl and add the vinegar. Make sure the onion is underneath. Let alone until use.
  2. Cut the tomato into slices. Remove the leaves from the lettuce.
  3. Cut the bread twice in half, so that you get 3 equal layers.
  4. Spread the tops of the layers with the pesto and the bottoms with the dairy spread.
  5. Cover the bottom layer of bread with the leaves of lettuce and the mortadella. Cover with the middle layer of bread.
  6. Drain the onions. Cover the middle layer of bread with the mortadella, tomatoes and onions. Cover with the top layer of bread.
  7. Cut the sandwich into 4 points.
