Mozzarella anchovy skewers
A tasty Italian recipe. The appetizer contains the following ingredients: fish, ciabatta (Italian bread), mozzarella (cheese), anchovy fillets (in oil), lemon juice, parsley (finely chopped) and freshly ground black pepper.

Preheat the oven grill.

Cut the crust thinly from ciabatta and cut 16 dice the size of mini-zzzarella.

Fold each ball of mini-noodle with 1 anchovy fillet and 2 slices of 2 bread cubes on satésticks.

Place skewers side by side on baking sheet.

Mix olive oil from cans of anchovies with lemon juice and sprinkle half of them over skewers.

Fry baking plate under hot grill and skewers for 2 - 3 min.

Grilling to melt mozzarella and bread turns light brown.

Place skewers on a warm serving dish, sprinkle the rest of anchovies over them and sprinkle skewers with parsley and coarsely ground pepper..
