Mozzarella sandwich
A tasty Italian recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: white-casino bread, eggs, whole milk, buffalo mozzarella (a 125 g), flour and olive oil.

Cut the crusts of the bread.

Beat the eggs with the milk and 1/2 tl salt and leave the bread for 2 min.

Cut each roll of rolmozzarella into 4 slices.

Sprinkle the mozzarella with salt and pepper to taste.

Place 4 slices of mozzarella on 4 slices of bread, place the other 4 slices of bread on top.

Press well.

Roll the sandwiches through the flour.

Shake off excess flour.

Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating.

When the oil is hot, put 2 sandwiches in the pan and turn the heat down.

Fry in 6 min.

Golden brown and turn constantly.

Drain on kitchen paper and then bake the other 2 sandwiches..
