Heat the milk with the butter in a saucepan until lukewarm.

Turn off the heat and wait until the butter has melted.

Mix both types of flour in a large bowl with the salt, cinnamon and sugar.

Add the milk-butter mixture and the yeast and mix with a mixer with dough hooks in 3 minutes to form a cohesive dough.

Knead by hand for another 5 minutes until the dough feels silky soft.

Dust a bowl with rye or superpatent flour, place the dough in it and cover with a clean tea towel. Leave for 45 minutes in a warm and draft-free place.

Knead the dough again and add the cranberry mix and muesli.

Knead until the fruits and nuts are evenly distributed over the dough.

Push the dough into a piece of 2 cm thick and then roll up.

Place the roll with the seam in the cake or bread tin.

Cover with the tea towel and let rise for another 45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Fry the muesli bread in the center of the oven for about 45 minutes.

Check the doneness by tapping on it. Sounds hollow, then it is done. Cool for 10 minutes in the mold.
