Multigrain stew with smoked meat
Tosti of multigrain bread, fresh goat cheese, chives, grilled peppers and red meat.
Spread 1 side of the slices of bread with the butter. Crumble the goat's cheese and finely chop the chives. Drain the peppers and cut into strips.
Place half of the slices of bread on the unbaked side in succession with the smoked meat, goat's cheese, paprika and chives.
Cover with the rest of the bread with the buttered side facing upwards and press firmly.
Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry 2 toasted sandwiches on 1 side on low heat in 4 min. Crispy.
Turn over and cook for another 4 minutes. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
