A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: olive oil, onion (chopped), mushroom melange ((200 g), in strips), lemon juice, land bread, green pesto (duo pack 2 x 90 g) and parsley (finely chopped).
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion while stirring for 3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and cook over high heat for about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste.
Add the lemon juice and let cool briefly.
Toast the bread and cut the slices diagonally.
Spread the slices of bread with the pesto.
Spread the mushroom mixture above and sprinkle with the parsley..
