Savory Oliebollen
A tasty Dutch recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: flour (sifted), yeast (packet of 3 sachets), milk (lukewarm), beer (1 bottle a 0.3 liter), egg (beaten), Parmesan cheese (grated) and oil (for frying ( eg sunflower oil or peanut oil)).

Mix the flour with the yeast. Add the milk, beer and egg and mix with a spatula or mixer with dough hooks until smooth. Mix in 80 g of cheese and a pinch of salt. Cover with a clean, warm and damp tea towel over the bowl for 1 hour.

Heat the oil in a pan to 180 ºC. The pan can be filled with up to half of it with oil, otherwise it can overflow. Scoop out heaps of batter with 2 greased spoons, let it sink into the oil carefully. Bake 10 rolls of bread in 2 portions or until they are golden brown. Turn halfway. Drain on kitchen paper.

Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and serve.
