Directions

  1. Prepare the risotto according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Add the bouillon tablet to the cooking water.
  3. Chop the onion. Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into quarters.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the mushrooms and cook in 4-5 min. Until al dente. Put in the risotto.
  5. In the meantime, cut the cheese into cubes.
  6. Remove the pan from the heat and scoop the cheese through. Season the risotto with pepper and spread over deep plates. Garnish with the arugula.
