Naan bread with spicy cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: perennial cheese ((Gouda), piece), naan bread (prebaked, 2 pieces), mango chutney (sweet, pot a 340 g), fresh coriander (15 g) and oil.

Cut cheese with cheese slicer.

cut flat bread carefully with knurled knife.

spread flatbread with half of mango chutney, distribute cheese slices evenly.

Picking stalks of coriander and spreading leaves over cheese.

flatbread and fold the outside lightly with oil.

Heat up the grill pan.

flatbread 4 min.

roasting and then turning.

Bread for another 3-4 min., Until all the cheese has melted.

remove flat bread from grill pan, let it cool slightly and then cut into long strips.

Rest of mango chutney as a dipping sauce to serve.
