Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. In the meantime, heat a skillet without oil or butter and toast the almond shavings in 3 min. Until golden brown. Let cool on a plate.
  3. Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes on a high heat. Add the raisins and capers and cook for 1 min.
  4. Add the tomatoes and push them flat with the back of a spoon. Let the sauce cook for 8 minutes on medium heat with the lid on the pan.
  5. Add the olives the last minute and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Meanwhile, cut the parsley fine.
