Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, heat a skillet without oil or butter and toast the almond shavings in 3 min. Until golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes on a high heat. Add the raisins and capers and cook for 1 min.

Add the tomatoes and push them flat with the back of a spoon. Let the sauce cook for 8 minutes on medium heat with the lid on the pan.

Add the olives the last minute and season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, cut the parsley fine.

Mix half the parsley with the sauce through the pasta and garnish with the almond shavings and the rest of the parsley.
