A delicious indonesian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: ground turmeric, white rice and pure creamed coconut (a 200 g).

Directions

Bring 600 ml of water to the boil with the ground turmeric and salt to taste.

Add the white rice.

Cook almost 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, grate the pure creamed coconut and add to the rice.

Put the lid on the pan and let stand from the heat for 30 minutes.
