Scampi with lemon and chives
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, lemon, olive oil, freshly ground pepper, scampi ((frozen 500 g), thawed), fresh chives ((25 g), finely chopped) and garlic (finely chopped).

Clean the lemon, grate the yellow skin off and squeeze out the fruit.

In a large bowl, mix the lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Marinate the scampi here to use.

Brush a gourmet pan with oil at the table and heat it on the gourmet set.

Bake 1 or 2 scampi at a time with adherent marinade until they are brown-pink and cooked (2-3 min.).

Mix the lemon zest with the chives and the garlic.

Season this mixture with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle it over the fried scampi..
