Ingredients
Directions
-
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package and let it cool down completely. This can also be done a day in advance.
-
Peel the ginger and grate. Slice the pepper and the garlic.
-
Cut the ham into tiny pieces. Beat the eggs. Cut the pak choi into strips of 2 cm.
-
Heat the sesame oil and sunflower oil in a wok. Fry the ginger on low heat, half of the pepper and garlic 3 min.
-
Add the egg and let it solidify while stirring. Add the cooled rice in parts. (Cooled, drier rice bakes better and gives a better result.).
-
Continue until all rice is warm. Add the ham and warm for 2 minutes.
-
Transfer everything to a bowl and keep warm under foil. Make the wokskenschoon.
-
Heat the rest of the sesame oil and sunflower oil in the wok. Add the rest of the pepper and the bok choy and stir-fry 2 min. Serve at the nasi.
