Stew with tofu sprouts


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: crumbly cooking potatoes (favor bag 800 g), carrots (deleted (bag 500 g)), onion (in small segments), oil, tofu stir fry spicy (180 g), broccoli florets (300 g), cooking cream (light (250 ml bottle)) and tomato ketchup.

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes together with the carrots according to the instructions on the packaging of the potatoes.
  2. Meanwhile, fry the wedges of onion in the oil, scoop the tofu slices and fry them according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Cook the broccoli florets for 5 minutes. Drain the potatoes and the roots, add the cooking cream and bring to the boil. Mash the potatoes and the roots, stir in the broccoli florets and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put the stew on 4 plates, divide the stir fry strips over it and serve the tomato ketchup.
