Noodle soup with shii-takes


A nice Japanese recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken broth (from tablet), shiitake (mushrooms, 100 g), string beans, light soy sauce, medium dry sherry, spring onions (in slanted pieces), ready-to-cook spinach (bag of 300 g), wok noodles (straight to wok noodles, 2 packs a 150 g) and sesame oil.

Directions

  1. Broth to the boil.
  2. Shii-take wipe clean, steal stalks and cut with knife in hat of mushrooms.
  3. Cut string beans diagonally into pieces of approx.
  4. 2 cm wide, to create squares.
  5. Boil well with soy sauce, sherry, salt and pepper.
  6. Cutting beans 2 min.
  7. Gently boiled in stock.
  8. Shii-take and add spring onions and heat for 2 more minutes.
  9. Let the last min.
  10. Of spinach in broth shrink.
  11. Distribute noodles over four large bowls or deep plates.
  12. Broth and vegetables to create.
  13. Drip some sesame oil into each bowl..
