Noodle stir fry with yakitori beef strips
Turn a Japanese dish on the table in 15 minutes! The noodles, stir-fry vegetables and beef strips are finished with sesame seeds.

Bring a generous pot of water to the boil. When the water boils, add the noodles and boil for 5 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, clean the garlic and cut it fine. Peel and grate the ginger.

Heat the oil in a stir frying pan stir-fry vegetables, garlic, ginger and ketjapmarinade3 min. On a high heat.

Drain the noodles and mix with the vegetables. Heat for 2 more minutes.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat for 1 min. On a high heat. Add the yakitorisauce and fry for 1 min.

Divide the noodles over deep plates, spread the meat over them and sprinkle with the sesame mixture.
