Noodles with coalfish
A tasty asian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, coleslaw fillet ((400 g, frozen), slightly thawed), Chinese egg noodles (250 g), lime (scrubbed), Asian spice mix (75 g, frozen), sunflower oil, sweet Thai chili sauce (bottle) 250 ml), onions (finely chopped), garden peas (450 g and frozen).

Cut the lightly defrosted coalfish into cubes of 2 x 2 cm and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Mix the juice, the grater, spice mix, 2 tbsp oil and the chilli sauce in a bowl into a dressing.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stirring stir fry the fish 5 min. Scoop out the woks and make the wokskenschoon. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the woks and fry the onion for 2 min on medium heat. Add the frozen garden peas and 3 tbsp water and stir fry for another 2 minutes. Add the fish, noodles and herb dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Warm for another 1 min. Serve in bowls or deep plates.
