Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain.

Peel the ginger and cut it as finely as possible. Slice the garlic and the onion in half rings.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper into thin strips.

Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the ginger, red pepper and garlic 1 min.

Add the onion and ketjapmarinadetoe and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.

Take the vegetables from the wok. Heat the oil in the woks and break the eggs above it. Stir fry 3 min.

Add the noodles and vegetables and stir fry for another 1 min. Serve the noodles with atjar and krupuk. Bon appétit! .
