Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain.

Peel the ginger and cut it as finely as possible. Slice the garlic and the onion in half rings.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper into thin strips.
