Omelet with leek and shrimps
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, ready-to-cook leeks (rings), pink shrimps, spicy cheese (grated) and eggs (beaten).
Heat oil in large frying pan with non-stick coating.
Add leek and 5 minutes fruit.
Cook the shrimps and cheese with eggs and season with 1/2 tsp salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over fried leek and cook the omelette over low heat until top is solidified.
Place a large plate on a pan and turn over omelette.
Omelette with gold-brown side upwards and then slide back into pan.
Bake omelet until bottom has golden brown crust.
Cut omelette into points and serve immediately.
Delicious with bread and red pepper salad..
