One-pan nacho dish
Camping dish, one pan, dish of beans, tortilla chips, cheese, tomatoes, onion and jalapeño.

Preheat the beans in a skillet for 5 minutes on a low heat.

Spread the grated cheese and tortilla chips over the beans and heat with the lid on the pan for another 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Meanwhile cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Chop the onion. Mix the tomatoes, onion and oil to a salsa.

Divide the jalapeños over the dish. Serve with the salsa and the rest of the chips.
