Directions

  1. Cut the dates into strips. Cut the tomato into quarters, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into small cubes.
  2. Cut 8 slices of the brioche and cut a circle with a diameter of 7 cm.
  3. Brush the briocherondjes on one side with butter and top the other side with strips of date and a slice of goat cheese.
  4. Cut 8 slices of the baguette. Grate the cheese. Spread one side with butter and top the other side with cheese and ½ slice of ham.
  5. Fill 4 pans with the brioche goat cheese and 4 pans with the ham cheese rolls.
  6. Place the pans under the grill for 5 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Repeat with the rest of the rolls.
  7. Meanwhile, spray the leaves of the sprigs of thyme. Garnish the ham cheese stews with the tomato cubes and the goat cheese stews with the thyme.
  8. Put the pans with the sandwiches on the baking sheet for 2 minutes.
