Roast the slices of bread.

In the meantime, cut the unpeeled apples into quarters, remove the cores and cut the flesh into thin segments.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the apple slices for 3 min. On medium heat, turning halfway.

Add the cinnamon and honey and cook for 1 min on a high heat.

Place the slices of bread with the apple slices. Chop the almonds coarsely and spread over the buns. Drizzle with the honey.
