Orange-avocado salad
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: red onion (thin rings), lemon (squeezed), avocados, oranges, mustard (spicy), honey, oil, white cheese (crumbled), fresh parsley (bag of 30 g) and black olives (Kalamata).

Spoon the onion with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and let stand for a while.

Cut the avocados into thin slices and drizzle them with 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Cut the orange zest of the oranges, so that you also cut off the white skin.

Cut the orange into slices.

Beat a dressing of mustard, honey and oil, season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Arrange the avocado with the orange and onion on the plates and drip the dressing over it.

Sprinkle the salad with the cheese, parsley and olives..
